How to change your rate plan?

If you wish to activate remote video surveillance service for 3 and more cameras, you need to change to one of the fee-based rate plans.

Selecting a rate plan

  1. Go to yourpersonal account.
  2. In the top menu, click on "My Services" tab.
  3. If you are configuring the rate plan for the first time, you will be prompted to select the currency of the account:

    Attention: you can set the currency for your account only once. It is recommended that you select the currency, which is most widely used in your country.

  4. Information on your current rate plan can be found on "My Services" page: name and daily withdrawn amount.

  5. To change the rate plan, click "Change".
  6. Select the necessary rate plan.

    For more details on the rate plans, click on "Learn more about rate plans" (or go to "[Rate Plans] (/)") article on the website.

    It also includes information for the services that are available for each of the rate plans.

  7. You can adjust service bundles for all cameras, for video server cameras or for each camera individually:

  8. When you change the list of services, you can track the change in the daily withdrawn amount at the top of the page.
  9. When you are finished, click on "Save" button (at the top of the page).

    After this, the rate plan will be changed and the funds will be deducted from the account in accordance with the new rate plan.

    You can cancel unsaved changes by pressing the "Cancel" button.
