How to change or recover the account password?

Changing the password

  1. Go to your personal account.
  2. In the top right of the page, click on the tab with the email address of your account.
  3. Enter the current password in the "Old password" field.

    Enter the new password in the "New password" and "Repeat new password" fields:

    ** We strongly recommend that you select** a reliable password.

    A reliable password must be at least 8 characters long and must include letters and numbers.

    Try not to use passwords consisting of one simple word or passwords that only include numbers.

  4. Click on the "Change the password" button.

    Congratulations! Your password has been successfully changed. Next time you log in to your account, you will need to enter the new password.

Password recovery

If you forgot your password to the account, you can recover your password.

  1. Go to the password recovery page.
  2. Enter your email and enter the code displayed in the picture:

  3. Click on the "Request a new password" button.

  4. We will then send an email containing the new password request link to the specified email.

    Attention: the email will be sent from account@noreply.ivideon.com. You do not need to reply to this email.

  5. Click on the recovery link specified in the email.

  6. After this, you will receive an email with a new password.
  7. Use the specified password to log in to your account.

    After logging in to your personal account, we strongly recommend that you change your password to a more intuitive and reliable one.
