Changing account type after registration
There are currently two types of accounts available for registration: "For Business" and "For home". You can change the account type in your personal account settings.
Go to your personal account. Open "More" → "Settings". In the right part of the screen, you will see the section titled "Change to rate plans for home/Change to rate plans for business". Press "Go" button and confirm the changes. If you select a different type of account, the cameras that you have previously paid for will continue to work on the old rate plans until the end of the paid period. Then they will have to be switched to another rate plan.
You can change the type of account only two times; after that, this option will be locked. You would need to contact our technical support team at email@example.com.
