How to configure notifications?

There are 2 types of notifications in our system:

  • Status notifications: sent if camera cannot be accessed.
  • Notifications on movement or sound: sent if movement or sound is detected in the frame.

Both types of notifications can be emailed to you or sent to your mobile device as push notifications. Please note that push notifications require that Ivideon Client application is installed on your mobile device.

You can activate notifications when you subscribe to any pricing plan (email notifications are available only with paid plans, push notifications are available with free "Freemium" pricing plan).
