How can I submit a payment for my rate plan from the personal account?

Please select a valid rate plan for business or for home .

1. Go to your personal account.
2. Open "My Services" tab. You will see a list of Your Cameras and rate plans activated for those cameras.
3. Select one or several cameras and click "Configure"; the rate plan selection window will open.
4. Select the rate plan and click "Activate".

"For Business" rate plans can be paid through the escrow account. If you want to pay for our services via an escrow account and receive the closing accounting documents, you must enter into contract for provision of video surveillance services.

You can also pay for the services offered by "For Business" rate plans in the personal account without entering into contract.
